Gica 4GA Engine is a special technology engine for web based application which is dependend on the Internet connection. When the internet is down or slow, the application would automatically switch to a local operation mode to allow basic operations like data entry. Such data items were temporary stored on local PC then synchronized to server automatically when the internet connection resumes to normal.
