GICA - AI Enabled to integrate CRM, Operations and Workflow
Inspired by and co-operated with AI professors at Tsinghua University (清华大学) , Hong Kong Chinese University and Chinese Academy of Sciences (中国科学院), GICA developed its own AI Engine called GICA LGPT (Light Generative Pre-Trained Transformer).
GICA LGPT enabled logistics platform releases labor efforts from routine work for data entry and invoicing operations. It saves up to 80% time and efforts for job creation, also significantly faciliates operation workflow.

The management members of GICA have come from two areas: logistics and IT. In 2019 when Covid 19 breakout, we started our R&D work on AI based on Large Data Sampling technology, built up our AI models with heuristic algorithms, and to forecast the development trend of the millennium event. We used the similar technology of later called GPT and accurately forecasted the change of COVID in US and Europe.
For this successful model and its hailed forcasting result of over 90% accuracy, South China Morning Post 南华早报, Tai Kung Pao 大公报 reported our success stories.
CNBC Television arranged one and half hours interview and broadcasted worldwidely. Plus some other media publicity. These brought attentions from China, US, Europe and other regions. This AI technology path is quite similar to GPT which was invented three years later in 2022.

5) Integrated Origin and Destination Operations – PO data is automatically allocated to Origin offices in different countries for shipment operations; Origin shipment data is automatically mirrored and transferred to Destination offices for arrival operations including domestic operations in USA/Canada.
6) Integrated with AMS/ISF/ACI – GICA system is automatically integrated with AMS/ISF/ACI for Customs operations. A simple button click transmits the shipment into Customs systems for AMS/ISF/ACI. Responses are automatically feedback via emails. So far, there are over 3000 AMS/ISF/ACI transactions per month, all being handled through GICA.
7) Integrated with Carriers – GICA system is integrated with major carriers including Hapag-Lloyd, COSCO, YANG MING, etc via EDI 315.
